Welcome to Flipped Hair. Please review our terms and conditions below. Our stylists are dedicated to providing exceptional service and outstanding customer care. While we do not offer refunds on salon services, we encourage you to contact us within two weeks of your appointment if you have any questions or concerns about your hair. Please notify the salon as soon as possible via email or phone. We require that you return to the salon for a visual inspection. If necessary, we will try to address your concerns by scheduling an adjustment at no additional cost.
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
You may be required to pay a deposit for services that require significant time and resources. This deposit will be applied to your final bill on the day of your service. The deposit is refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice. No cancellations or changes are allowed within 24 hours of the appointment. If you alter or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you must pay 50% of the service cost. If you cancel on the day of your appointment, you will be charged the full-service amount. Please call at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time and avoid any fees. Thank you.
